Role: Senior HR People Partner

Location: Welwyn Garden City or St Neots, Cambridgeshire

Salary: Starting from £40k per annum

Contract: 40 hours per week permanent

We at Edenvale Recruitment are looking for an experienced HR specialist to join our clients friendly and collaborative team on a permanent basis.

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Support with the employee journey from inception to completion.

• Manage complex ER cases with professionalism and efficiency.

• Collaborate with leaders across the company.

• Implement policies and procedures whilst mitigating risks.

  
  

We are looking for a Senior HR People Partner with:

• CIPD L7 Qualified.

• Experience in a Senior HR role.

• Experience of dealing with complex ER situations.

• Knowledge of the care sector (desirable)
